
To achieve the best results, the Aviva Method exercises should be practiced at a precise tempo. Aviva Steiner therefore compiled a playlist of popular songs from the 1960s for her courses, which is still used by many today.
As it did not quite suit my own taste, I worked with Szabolcs Bognár (Àbáse), to develop new music that is precisely tailored to the exercises of the basic method. We have endeavored not only to match the character and rhythm of each exercise, but have also incorporated signal tones that indicate side and position changes, making it easier for you to practice at home.
